SERVICES AND RATES
COST PLUS CONTRACT OPTION:
Flat design fee based on square footage of project area, plus
- 30 % markup on cost of wholesale purchases
- 15% markup on all contractor fees for management of construction and/or installation
- Billable expenses including but not limited to:
Shipping/freight
Permits
Blueprinting
Tolls
HOURLY CONTRACT OPTION:
White House is paid for all time on the project, which includes home visits, shopping for furnishings, sketches, floor plans, computer drafting, coordination of contractors, and administrative functions. Client responsible for billable expenses as previously listed. Please contact us for more information.

Color Consultation 1-3 hours
Design plan, shopping, scheduling contractors and install of an average living room 30 hours
Design plan, shopping, scheduling contractors and install of an average bedroom 25 hours
Design consultation (plan & suggestions) for one room 3 hours
Renovating a bathroom 30 hours
White House has access to wholesale suppliers that offer deep discounts not available to the general public. In some instances, we also receive retail discounts that we pass on to you. The money saved through our discounts help buffer design fees.
